In the unlikely event that you have a Warranty Claim on a Big Green Egg, these are the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BIG GREEN EGG LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

1. THE BIG GREEN EGG: Each Big Green Egg® ceramic cooker (XXLarge, XLarge, Large, Medium, Small, MiniMax and Mini) carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty for materials and workmanship on all ceramic components (including dome, base, damper top, fire box and fire ring) to the original purchaser or owner who has purchased the product from an Authorized Dealer and has registered their Warranty as required (the “Warranty”). This Warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the EGG® or covered component, except for other ceramic, metal and wood components which are covered as explained below. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights which may apply.
2. OTHER CERAMIC PRODUCTS: The Big Green Egg brand of convEGGtor and Ceramic Pizza/Baking Stones carry a Limited Three (3) Year Warranty to the original purchaser. These ceramic components are not covered for breakage from dropping, improper storage, misuse or abuse.
3. METAL COMPONENTS: Metal, Stainless Steel and Cast Iron components of the EGG (including the metal bands, hinge mechanism, dual function metal top, cooking grid, fire grate and draft door) carry a Limited Five (5) Year Warranty to the original purchaser.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: Twin Eagles warrants the stainless steel main burners, hexagonal grates and all fabricated stainless steel components, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. This warranty excludes discoloration, surface scratches, weather and atmospheric related staining, and minor surface rust and
oxidation which are normal conditions and are to be expected with any outdoor product. The actual part will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with the owner paying for all other costs including labor, shipping and handling.
LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY: Twin Eagles warrants the stainless steel briquette trays, sear zone burners, rotisserie burners and drip pans to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five years from the original date of purchase. The actual part will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with the owner paying for all other costs including
labor, shipping and handling.
LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY: Twin Eagles warrants all other grill components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. The actual part will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with the owner paying for all other costs including labor, shipping and handling.
ONE-YEAR FULL WARRANTY: Twin Eagles warrants the outdoor gas grill and all other components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Twin Eagles will repair or replace parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser. Warranty service must be performed by a Twin Eagles authorized representative during normal business hours.
NINETY (90) DAY RESIDENTIAL PLUS WARRANTY: This warranty applies to applications where use of the product extends beyond normal residential use such as bed and breakfast inn and private clubs. The actual part will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with the owner paying for all other costs including labor, shipping and handling. This warranty excludes all commercial locations such as restaurants and food service locations.

FIFTEEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Delta Heat warrants the stainless steel grates and fabricated stainless steel housing to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for fifteen years from the original date of purchase. This warranty excludes grills used in rental or commercial applications. This warranty does not apply to rust, corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches, weather and atmospheric related staining, and oxidation which are normal conditions and to be expected with any outdoor product unless the affected component becomes inoperable. This warranty does not cover labor or labor related charges. The actual part will be repaired or replaced with the owner paying for all other costs, including labor, installation, shipping and handling charges.
TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Delta Heat warrants the stainless steel burners to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of ten years from the original date of purchase. The actual part will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with the owner paying for all other costs including labor, installation, shipping and handling charges.
ONE-YEAR FULL WARRANTY: Delta Heat warrants the outdoor gas grill and all of its component parts including briquette trays (excluding the briquettes), optional flame tamers, ignition system, gas system, lights, rotisserie motor, infrared burners, etc, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. The actual part will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with the owner paying for all other costs including labor, installation, shipping and handling charges.
NINETY (90) DAY RESIDENTIAL PLUS WARRANTY: This warranty applies to applications where use of the product extends beyond normal residential use such as bed and breakfast inn, private clubs, multi-dwelling condos and apartments. The actual part will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with the owner paying for all other costs including labor, installation, shipping and handling charges. This warranty excludes all commercial locations such as restaurants and food service locations.
