Palm Coast Sales Shipping Claim Form. This form must be completed fully within 24 hours of receiving a damaged shipment. Dealer MUST inspect for concealed damage BEFORE signing driver ticket. Concealed damage reported after the driver leaves CANNOT be submitted or reimbursed for shipping claims. All claims are subject to approval and may take up to 30 days to complete.
